Check you robots.txt file. You might have disallowed google and other search engines from accessing and scanning your website.

User-agent: *
Disallow: /

This means that no user agent (not google, not other ones) can access anything on the website.

But it should be for example like this:

User-agent: *
Allow: /

It will take a while before google indexes your website again.
